Refund & Dispute Policy

Storefront purchases (buyers)

When you buy a graded card from a seller's listmyslabs storefront, your purchase is fulfilled by that seller directly. The seller is the merchant of record.

  • 30-day return window. Every storefront seller honors a 30-day return policy from the date the item is delivered. If the card arrives damaged, misrepresented, or not as described, contact the seller (their email is on your Stripe receipt) within 30 days to arrange a return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of the seller approving the return and receiving the card back in the same condition.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was misrepresented or arrived damaged, in which case the seller pays.
  • Non-refundable. The listmyslabs 6% platform fee is refunded in full when the seller issues a full refund. Partial refunds pro-rate the fee proportionally.

Disputes

If you can't resolve an issue directly with the seller within 7 days, email support@listmyslabs.com with your order ID and we'll help mediate. If mediation fails, you retain the right to file a chargeback with your card issuer — we cooperate with all Stripe dispute evidence requests.

Chargebacks filed before a mediation attempt may result in the seller being unable to ship future orders until resolved. Always try to resolve with the seller first.

Subscription plan refunds

The Free tier never asks for a card; you only pay if you decide to upgrade. If you decide the service isn't for you after a paid period has started:

  • Monthly plans:refundable pro-rata within 7 days of the billing date if you haven't used more than 20% of the plan's listing quota.
  • Annual plans: refundable pro-rata for unused months within 30 days of the billing date.

Request a subscription refund by emailing support@listmyslabs.com with your account email — we process these within 3 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that you're downgraded to the free tier; no further charges are made. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-subscribe without losing anything.

Your eBay and Stripe connections are preserved on cancellation but the storefront goes offline. Re-enable at any time by upgrading again.

Sellers: what you need to know

When a buyer requests a refund on a storefront sale, use your Stripe dashboard to issue the refund. Stripe automatically returns the platform fee and processing fee in proportion to the refund amount. listmyslabs does not retain any portion of a refunded sale.
