What we collect

When you sign up for listmyslabs we collect your name, email, and whatever card inventory data you choose to ingest (cert numbers, photos, grades, and the public catalog metadata that comes with them). When you connect your eBay seller account we store an OAuth refresh token so we can create listings on your behalf. We do not store your eBay password.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the service: ingesting slabs, generating listings, pulling price comps, and posting to eBay at your request. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or train machine-learning models on it.

eBay integration

listmyslabs uses the eBay API under the permissions you grant during OAuth consent. The scopes we request are limited to inventory management, offer creation, and reading your seller identity. You can revoke access at any time from your eBay account settings or by clicking Disconnect on our Integrations page.

Data storage

Your data lives in Supabase (Postgres) in US-East infrastructure. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for 30 days after deletion to handle billing disputes and support.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@listmyslabs.com. We'll honor requests within 7 days.
